1. How do I book a session?
First off, let me say, yay! I am so glad you have chosen to book with us! Please send an email to [email protected] with your requested date and time and what kind of session you are looking to book. We will get back to you as soon as possible with the first available date and time closest to your request. (We make every effort to accommodate specific date requests, however, appointments are subject to availability.)
2. What is required to schedule an appointment?
At the time of booking, you will be asked to pay a pre determined, non refundable retainer which goes toward the cost of your session. You will also need to sign a contract. Your appointment is not confirmed until we have received both of these items.
3. Can I edit my own photos or have someone else edit them for me?
To be polite and frank, NO. Manipulation of another persons images is copyright and intellectual property infringement. Also, we do not, will not and have not EVER released RAW images, so please don't ask.
4. When will I get my images back?
Turn around times are constantly evolving, depending on the season or our workload. It is our ultimate goal to keep our turn around time to 2-4 weeks. This is not to say that you cannot receive your images early! We do offer rush editing for an additional cost. Please email [email protected] to inquire about rush services.
5. Can you suggest a location?
We absolutely can! Here are some of the locations we have worked at, we are always open to location suggestions also!
